feat: add kubernetes, terraform, docker, networking aliases; update nvim config

Add comprehensive aliases for k8s, terraform, AWS, Docker and networking
in both bash and zsh. Update avante.nvim config (max_tokens=32000,
behaviour settings). Update README to reflect new packages.
